Attention Boston travelers: Changes at Logan Airport

The Massachusetts Port Authority, which oversees and manages all operations at Boston's Logan International Airport, has issued changes in the pick-up procedure for chauffeured vehicles for Terminal B and Terminal C only.

Effective August 17, passengers will have to call our dispatcher when they are ready for pick-up. Please collect all luggage before calling. Passengers can reach our dispatcher at 866-570-5466. Press "2" to be connected directly to the dispatcher. They will alert your driver that you are ready for pick-up and give instructions on where you can meet your driver.

Pick-ups will still be curbside at the upper level of the terminal but the driver will not be allowed to pull up to the terminal until we have been notified that you are ready to get in to the vehicle.

We regret any confusion this may cause, but we must follow the procedures set forth by Massport. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to contact our office at any time. We are staffed 24/7 so there is always someone available to assist you.
