Its never too early to book what you want!

Weddings are a specialty of Boston Chauffeur. A lot of time and effort on the part of the bride and groom goes in to planning a wedding of one's dreams. This special day is enhanced by having stylish and elegant chauffeured transportation for the bridal party, family, or guests. June has always been considered to be the peak wedding month, and though it is still very popular, September and October have also become busy months for weddings. So whether you are planning a spring or summer wedding or cozy fall nuptials it is important to book early to ensure the best selection and the best availability. For more information, please check our weddings page on our website.

We can also provide transportation for proms, concerts, sporting events, etc. Part of the fun is having a great vehicle to ride in! Our larger vehicles, such as the 6-, 8-, and 10-passenger limousines, and specialty vehicles such as the 20 passenger Escalades and the Hummer H2 sell out quickly. The savvy consumer knows they want to do it up right and they book early!

High style: Mercedes R350

So you love the Mercedes S550 but you are going out for a night on the town with your friends and you just need more space. But you don't want to sacrifice that Mercedes elegance and style. What vehicle do you reserve? The Mercedes R350 crossover, of course!

According to Car and Driver, the Mercedes R350 is "...a comfortable and luxurious way to move a family...the R350 offers business-class seating (for up to six) and spacious cargo area..."

Boston Chauffeur is proud to offer the Mercedes R350 as part of its late-model fleet of meticulously maintained vehicles.

Plan now for holiday travel...

The calendar still says August but soon it will be Labor Day, the kids will be heading back to school, and then before you know it the leaves will be changing and fall will be here. With summer winding down it is time to start thinking about holiday travel. The days surrounding Thanksgiving and Christmas are traditionally two of the busiest and most stressful times of the year to travel. Just as all the good airfares and hotel deals sell out early, our vehicles, especially the larger ones, are reserved early. You don't want to have your dream holiday trip planned and have no way to get to the airport, do you? Your stress can be eased by preparing in advance. Here are some important tips to keep in mind when travelling during the busy holiday season:

  • Know the peak travel dates. It is best to travel as early as possible in the week prior to the holiday.

  • Consider alternate airports. Often you will save time and money and have a more pleasant experience by utilizing a smaller airport.

  • Be careful with connections. Allow sufficient time for layovers, and build in ample time for flight delays and weather issues.

  • Leave early when heading to the airport. Arrange to have your driver at your home extra early to allow time for traffic.

  • Travel light. Airlines are strictly enforcing luggage weight guidelines.

  • Travel early or late in the day. Airports are least congested at these times.

  • Always check current security guidelines so that you are aware of what you can carry on the aircraft and what must be checked. The website for the TSA is a good place to start.

  • Stay up-to-date on weather conditions to plan for delays and to pack accordingly.

  • If traveling with gifts, do not wrap them as they will most likely be searched. Whenever possible, ship gifts ahead of time to your destination.

And, as always, be sure to call Boston Chauffeur for all of your ground transportation needs!!!

  • You save gas
  • No miles on your own vehicle
  • Did I mention it is just plain fun?!?

Are you ready for PROM?!

Your PROM will be here before you know it! Are you prepared? There is lots to do to get ready for one of the biggest nights of your high school career. Planning ahead will ensure the night goes perfectly smooth. Here is a checklist to get you started:
  1. Call Boston Chauffeur to book your bus or limo right away. Your school is not the only school holding their prom in May or June. And there are also weddings, corporate events, sporting events, and nights on the town still happening. People rent limos and buses for all of these, so call NOW and be sure to get the vehicle you want at a great price.
  2. Buy your tickets at school when they go on sale.
  3. Choose your dress or tuxedo early before the best are gone.
  4. Make any appointments you need, especially for those the day of, such as hair, nails, make-up, etc. You will be surprised how fast your favorite stylist or manicurist will book up, especially on a weekend.
  5. If there will be multiple couples chipping in for a meal and transportation, designate one member of your group to collect money from everyone in advance. This saves a lot of confusion and ensures that everyone pays their fair share.
  6. Guys, don't forget to order flowers!
  7. This night will be one of the most fun night of your life. You want to capture those memories. Make sure your camera batteries are charged and you have an extra memory card, just in case.
  8. PLAN TO HAVE A BLAST!!!!!!!

GO SOX!!!

Our boys of summer are getting ready to head back to Fenway Park for another exciting season of Red Sox baseball!!!

Do you have plans to head to Fenway Park to cheer on the Red Sox this season? If you have been before then you know what a hassle it is to get there and find parking reasonably close to the park. And if you do find parking, be prepared to pay upwards of $50, $60, even $70 or more to leave your vehicle in an over-crowded lot that is most likely not too secure.

Sure, you could take the "T" but wouldn't you rather be on your own schedule? Do you really want to hoof it up from Kenmore Square on a sweltering July day? Do you want to endlessly wait in a hot, crowded, smelly subway station?

I didn't think so!

That is why your very BEST option is to call Boston Chauffeur! We know Boston. We know Fenway Park and the surrounding area. We will get you there on time, in comfort and style.

Don't wait! Call us now at 866-570-5466 to book!!!
