The best transportation insures your event's success!

There are many factors businesses must attend to when planning corporate events: finding the appropriate venue, dealing with multimedia, catering, speakers, entertainment, etc. But even the most luxurious of accomodations and the most state-of-the-art convention facilities cannot make up for subpar transportation. The transportation sets the tone for your event. It can either leave your guests ready for a great time or it can cause undue stress and aggravation. After the event, transportation can either be a pleasant end to a successful event or a bad last impression.

Boston Chauffeur considers corporate road shows a specialty. Our reservations staff will work with you to personalize the experience and tailor it to your company's specific needs. We assign our top chauffeurs, all fully certified veterans who provide premium service, to all of our road show clients. Our dispatchers maintain constant contact with our chauffeurs, utilizing the latest technology. This allows us to monitor changes and to continually monitor the progress of the road show.

At Boston Chauffeur, we maintain the finest fleet of luxury vehicles for your road show, including Lincoln Town Cars and Mercedes-Benz and our brand new corporate mini-coach, which seats up to 32 clients in comfort and style.

Of course every event is different and comes with it's own budget issues and logistical challenges, but the savvy corporate event planner will recognize the importance of planning your vehicle needs well in advance. This helps to insure quality and to lock in the best pricing.

The pluses of business travel...

At Boston Chauffeur, serving our business travel clients is a specialty. We are experts in corporate road shows, and we understand the needs of business travelers to move in and out of airports quickly and efficiently, understanding that frequent changes are part of the territory.

As the lead agent that handles the booking schedules of many of our top business clients, I often wonder what their life must be like to constantly be on the go, often times traveling great distances for very short amounts of time.

Others were obviously wondering, too! USA Today has a great article on the results of an extensive business travel survey. The results are surprising, and a fascinating read!
