Temporary Changes at Logan Airport Terminal B

Due to construction at Boston's Logan Airport at Terminal B, there will be short- term changes to the pick-up procedures for arriving passengers utilizing livery service. From June 23 - July 1. livery pick-up will be on the turn between the US Airways and American Airlines side of the terminal. Pick-up is still on the upper level. Customers exiting from the US Airways side will have a short walk to the right to get to the pick-up area, and passengers exiting from the American Airlines side will have a slightly longer walk to the left to get to the pick-up area. Massport will be putting up signs to direct passengers to the proper location, and there will be additional staff to assist passengers, including personnel wearing blue vests emblazoned with a "?" for easy identification.

Despite these temporary changes, Terminal B still remains a "will call" terminal. Before proceeding to the pick-up location and after retrieving luggage it is still necessary to call our 24-hour toll-free dispatch line at 866-570-5466 so that we may send your chauffeur to the pick-up area.

As always, we are here in our office 24 hours a day 7 days a week to assist you. Please feel free to call us at any time with any questions or concerns. We understand you have many choices in livery service, and we sincerely appreciate you choosing Boston Chauffeur for your ground transportation needs.
