With all due respect to Mr. Gitomer, it would seem that customer satisfaction and customer loyalty should go hand-in-hand. What would inspire loyalty in a client if they are not satisfied with the services offered? 

At Boston Chauffeur we aim to satisfy our valued clients not just by meeting their expectations but by exceeding them.  Our clients are not a number to us as they are in many larger chauffeured transportation companies. Indeed, to us its personal. We take great pride in offering our clients what they want. Transportation is personal. Each person's needs, whether it is the business traveler, the bride and groom, or a family headed to the airport on vacation, is different.
