Navigating Logan Airport


As most travelers know, navigating your way through the airport, any airport, can be a daunting task. That is why we at Boston Chauffeur provide concise pick-up instructions for all major airports on the confirmation we email to you when you book with us. This will make it much easier to locate your driver so that you can quickly be on your way.

Our "home" airport, Boston's Logan Airport, has several terminals, each with their own areas for chauffeured cars to wait. Due to security regulations following 9/11, drivers cannot leave cars unattended outside the terminals. Therefore, designated areas at each terminal have been established for pick-ups.

Terminal A: Please exit the terminal near baggage claim #1 (lower level) and cross to the third traffic island, which is the limo stand.

Terminal B: After collecting your baggage, please call 866-570-5466 and press "1" for dispatch. The dispatcher will send your car to the terminal. Please meet driver curbside, 2nd level, which is the Departures level.

Terminal C: After collecting your baggage, please call 866-570-5466 and press "1" for dispatch. The dispatcher will send your car to the terminal. From baggage claim please go up the escalator to information booth #1 on the departure level. Please walk around the advertising billboards and the door on the left to the crosswalk. Please follow the crosswalk to the 2nd traffic island to meet your driver.

Terminal E: Please exit Customs Hall and go left towards Hudson News Shop. Exit building through doors between the elevators and Hudson News. Cross two traffic lanes to limo stand.
